If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first session. We believe this gives you the opportunity to experience our process and determine if it’s the right fit for you.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

The request must be made within 30 days of your first coaching session.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address].

Only the initial package or session fee is eligible for a refund. Any additional services purchased after the first session are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Services completed beyond the first 30 days are non-refundable.

Group programs, workshops, or digital resources (such as templates, guides, or training materials) are non-refundable once delivered.

Missed or canceled sessions outside of our cancellation policy are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
